Global Client Development – Lloyd’s & London Market
Location: London

We are currently working with a global claims solutions provider seeking an experienced London Market professional to manage and grow key insurer and broker relationships across **Lloyd’s Managing Agents and the wider London Market.
This role will focus on the strategic development of existing accounts alongside identifying new opportunities to introduce outsourced claims solutions including TPA and Loss Adjusting services on a global basis.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of insurer and broker relationships, identifying opportunities to expand service offerings, and working closely with internal technical teams to ensure successful delivery and implementation of newly won services.
The position requires a strong understanding of how claims functions operate within the Lloyd’s and London Market environment, alongside the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders and influence outsourcing decisions.
Responsibilities will include:
* Managing relationships with Lloyd’s Managing Agents and Brokers
* Identifying and converting new business opportunities
* Cross-selling additional claims services within existing accounts
* Supporting proposals, RFIs and due diligence processes
* Coordinating internal global teams to ensure effective onboarding
* Reviewing account performance and commercial fee structures
* Promoting specialist service offerings across the London Market
Suitable applicants will demonstrate prior experience working within the Lloyd’s / London Market environment, a solid understanding of outsourced claims functions, and a track record of building commercial relationships within insurers or brokers.
