We’re looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Southmead from 15th May, full-time until the end of the academic year. This isn’t a sit-on-the-sidelines kind of role. You’ll be right in the mix, supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups, helping them feel confident, included, and ready to learn. What you’ll be doing Supporting pupils with a range of needs, including SEND, on a 1:1 and small group basis Helping children stay engaged, focused, and confident in their learning Working closely with teachers to create a calm, inclusive classroom environment Encouraging independence, resilience, and positive relationships What the school is like Think warm, inclusive, and full of energy.
