Assistant Lettings Manager / Senior Lettings Consultant
Locations: Cobham, Claygate & Hinchley Wood
Salary: £45,000 OTE (£28,000+ Basic)
We’re looking for an experienced lettings professional to support our growing department as a strong number two. This role offers progression, variety, and the chance to help drive portfolio growth while delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate and conduct market appraisals
* Win new instructions and grow the portfolio
* Provide outstanding service to landlords, tenants, and applicants
* Support the team across multiple local areas
* Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of legislation and market trends
Requirements
* 2+ years’ lettings experience
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Proactive, motivated, and customer‑focused
* Team player with a positive attitude
* Full UK driving licence + own vehicle
