Seeking a fun and outgoing personal assistant. A 40-year-old woman living with multiple sclerosis is looking for a female personal assistant to join her team. This is more than a job—it’s an opportunity to become a valued companion and help someone live life to the fullest.
About the Role
We are searching for someone with a great sense of humor who loves to socialise. The ideal candidate will be a suitable companion who can make a positive impact on a daily basis. The woman you will be supporting is:
* Social and fun: She loves going out with friends and socialising.
* A bookworm: She enjoys reading and going to the cinema.
* A Harry Potter fan: Expect to share in the magic and maybe even a movie marathon!
Key Responsibilities
As a personal assistant, you will work alongside an agency carer to provide support with morning and evening personal care. Your additional responsibilities will also include:
* Dispensing medication
* Assisting with meal preparation
* Performing light housekeeping and laundry duties
* Providing companionship for social outings and activities
* Attending medical appointments
Hours and Compensation
This is a direct employment opportunity with set hours for a weekend personal assistant.
* Friday: 22:00 – 08:00 (Sleeping Night)
* Saturday: 08:00 – 22:00 (Day Shift)
* Saturday: 22:00 – 08:00 (Sleeping Night)
* Sunday: 08:00 – 22:00 (Day Shift)
* Sunday: 22:00 – 08:00 (Sleeping Night)
Pay is as follows:
* Day shifts: £12.50 per hour
* Sleeping nights: £40 flat fee
You will have two one-hour breaks during each day shift.
Candidate Requirements
A full UK driving license is essential.
* Previous experience as a personal assistant is desirable, but not required. References will be required.
* Above all, you must be a reliable, compassionate, and fun-loving individual who is ready to make a real difference and become a valued part of someone's life.
