Are you passionate about driving business growth, enhancing adviser capability, and delivering impactful training? Do you thrive in a flexible, autonomous role where you can make a real difference to adviser firms? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
We are seeking an experienced trainer to join our client's team and support the growth of their adviser network. In this role, you will design and deliver high-impact training and coaching interventions, working closely with advisers and business owners to create tailored development plans that align with their goals. Your work will influence key business metrics, including protection penetration, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.
This is a field-based role with flexibility around travel and client visits, offering a mix of in-person training, webinars, and digital content creation. You’ll collaborate with Regional Key Account Managers and other internal teams to identify growth opportunities and ensure adviser firms are equipped to deliver outstanding client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver engaging, high-impact training sessions to enhance adviser capability and drive firm-level growth.
* Coach advisers and business owners to develop tailored growth plans aligned with their objectives.
* Collaborate with account managers to identify training needs and implement strategic learning initiatives.
* Create and deliver blended learning experiences, including face-to-face sessions, webinars, and e-learning materials.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of training interventions using feedback, performance data, and business outcomes.
* Build strong relationships with adviser firms to understand their growth ambitions and tailor support accordingly.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, FCA regulations, and innovative learning methods to improve training delivery.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in Financial Services: Strong background in financial advice, especially in mortgages and protection. CeMAP or equivalent qualifications are ideal, but extensive experience is also valued.
* Skilled Trainer and Coach: Proven track record of designing and delivering impactful training, both in-person and online. Confident public speaker capable of explaining complex concepts clearly.
* Strategic and Commercially Savvy: Understanding of adviser firms' challenges and ability to identify growth opportunities. Skilled at creating solutions that drive success.
* Tech-Savvy and Innovative: Comfortable with learning platforms, CRM tools, and technologies. Open to incorporating AI and new advancements into training methods.
Why Apply?
Make an Impact: Help adviser firms grow, improve client outcomes, and achieve business goals.
Flexibility: Enjoy a role with no fixed travel or client visit expectations, allowing you to manage your schedule.
Diverse Opportunities: Engage in varied tasks, from fieldwork to webinars and e-learning content creation.
Collaborative Environment: Join a supportive team valuing innovation, diversity, and continuous improvement.
