ASL Invoice & Administration Assistant – Part time

Join The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award team as a part‑time Invoice & Administration Assistant. This role supports the administration, opening accounts and general admin for all licensed operators and directly licensed centres.


Location & Working Hours

Scotland – Home‑based, 25 hours per week Mon‑Fri 8 am‑1 pm (flexible). Travel to Edinburgh office for team meetings at least twice a month.


Responsibilities

* Process invoices accurately and efficiently.
* Perform daily bank reconciliation.
* Process grant funding applications.
* Open and close accounts.
* Respond to customer queries and maintain high customer service standards.


Qualifications

* Experience with accounting packages such as Sage or Business Central.
* Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Experience with daily banking/bank reconciliation.


Salary

£25,092 – £29,521 per year.
