Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor (UK & Ireland)

Statkraft is Europe's largest generator of renewable energy from hydro, wind and solar power. We have around 7,000 employees in more than 20 countries. We have been making clean energy possible for over 130 years, with unrivalled expertise in supplying the world with what it needs most. We envision a world that runs entirely on renewable energy.

Because in the fight against climate change, we do not see renewable energy as part of the solution – we believe it must be the solution.

Statkraft is looking for a candidate to join a professional team responsible for managing and operating commercial contracts related to our market access portfolio in the UK. In a dynamic business environment, the Contract Operations team is the bridge between the origination/business development teams and the support functions and takes responsibility for the quality of data, transactional validation, billing, market compliance, financial reporting and related services.

Reporting to the Contract Operations UK PPA & Retail Manager, this role requires someone who can understand, implement and develop the contractual complexities of Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), Corporate PPAs and wholesale energy contracts, be energy market experienced, be technically adaptable and have knowledge of financial systems and processes.

The role carries a great deal of autonomy and accountability and is suited to someone with UK electricity market experience and who is inquisitive, progressive and methodical: the successful candidate will have initiative, be prepared to build customer and stakeholder relationships and develop the processes upon which the team depends.
