A growing client-side, in-house design team is seeking an Architectural Technician or experienced Part II Architectural Assistant to support the delivery of their high-end residential projects in London and Athens.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on beautifully crafted, luxury developments from within a collaborative and design-focused environment. The role is heavily focused on Stage 4 technical delivery and requires someone with initiative who can work well in a small team.
Please note this role is based full time in the office, no hybrid working is allowed (standard for client side roles!)
Responsibilities:
* Produce detailed Stage 4 technical drawings and packages
* Develop and coordinate construction information using AutoCAD and Rhino
* Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, and contractors
* Assist in resolving technical design challenges and detailing queries
* Ensure drawings comply with UK building regulations and project specifications
* Support project teams across multiple luxury residential schemes
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Architectural Technician or Part II with strong technical focus
* 2-3 years post qualification experience
* Demonstrable experience delivering Stage 4 / technical design packages
* High proficiency in AutoCAD and Rhino is essential
* Strong understanding of UK building regulations and construction detailing
* Experience working on high-end or luxury residential projects preferred
* Excellent communication and coordination skills
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team environment
* Must be comfortable working in the office on a full-time basis
