Gather client requirements, define processes, manage timelines, and oversee system configuration, testing, and training. Act as the main point of contact for clients, proactively resolving issues and providing regular project updates. Coordinate with UK teams, shared service centres, and in-country providers to deliver successful implementations. Drive strong stakeholder relationships while ensuring a smooth handover to the payroll operations team after implementation.
