A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF
I am a 16 year old girl living in the Treherbert area of RCT. I live with my Mum, Dad and two brothers. I love all outdoor activities especially Fair Rides and Parks but when it’s raining I enjoy Bowling, Swimming and Trampolining. I have SynGap 1 along with Global Delay Disorder. I would like a PA to support me in the community and take me to activities of my choice which will allow me to gain more independence.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The purpose of the job is to take me out in the community.
HOURS OF WORK
6 hours per week.
RATES OF PAY
* £13.20 per hour
* 0.40p a mile

Taking me to activities.

ABOUT THE JOB
Though a part-time job, this will be a proper job requiring a National Insurance number to be submitted. A trial period will be necessary in the first instance. The wage will be paid monthly and appropriate holiday pay given.
The post is subject to satisfactory references and a DBS (Police) Check - which will need to be carried out before employment can commence. The cost of this will be met by the employer (Local Authority).
The relevant checks will be carried out to ensure any applicant has the right to work in the UK.
