About the role
1. Drive commercial expansion and revenue growth across a defined portfolio of enterprise customers.
2. Lead strategic account planning to identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
3. Build and nurture senior stakeholder relationships (CHRO, Head of Talent, Procurement) to drive long-term value and partnership.
4. Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction while maintaining full ownership of renewals and commercial growth.
5. Leverage a consultative, data-led sales approach to position a wide portfolio of workforce solutions across global regions.
