Teaching Personnel are seeking caring, committed, and enthusiastic 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistants to support primary‑aged pupils across schools in the Par area. These roles are ideal for individuals who thrive in a supportive, child‑focused environment and enjoy working closely with pupils who require tailored guidance and encouragement.

About the Role
As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting a child with additional needs such as:
Autism (ASC)
Speech & language difficulties
Social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH)
Learning and communication challenges
In this role, you will:
Provide personalised 1:1 support throughout the school day
Help the pupil access learning and participate fully in class
Implement strategies to support emotional regulation and behaviour
Promote independence, confidence, and social development
Work closely with class teachers and the SENCo to deliver tailored interventions
Create a positive, patient, and encouraging learning environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
