ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Head of Commercial Sales & Partnerships to lead and grow our B2B and B2B2C commercial revenue streams. This pivotal role will be responsible for driving revenue across three key areas: commercial partnerships, paid brand partnerships, and in-salon corporate events.
You will identify, secure, and manage strategic partnerships while proactively developing high-value corporate sales opportunities. Owning the full sales lifecycle, you’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and long-term commercial success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic commercial partnerships.
* Cultivate and manage relationships with third-party experience and gifting providers to expand voucher and gifting reach.
* Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new high-value corporate clients for in-salon events
* Build and manage a robust end-to-end sales pipeline
* Act as the primary point of contact for corporate and partnership clients, nurturing relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
* Oversee the full lifecycle of non-salon gifting and commercial sales
ABOUT YOU
* Demonstrable experience in B2B and B2B2C sales, business development, and partnership management, ideally within hospitality, lifestyle, or multi-site environments.
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding commercial sales targets.
* Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Affiliate marketing experience is desirable.
* Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital sales strategies.
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working autonomously while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
LOCATION
This is a full-time, permanent role based at our Support Centre in Central London, and we offer a hybrid working model, aligned with role requirements.
