You’ll take ownership of the weekly Light Commercial Vehicle auction, driving stock into the lanes, building buyer demand, and maximising performance week on week.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead and manage the weekly LCV auction sale end‑to‑end
* Source stock from fleet operators, lease companies, dealers and vendors
* Build and grow a strong buyer network to drive conversion
* Develop long‑term vendor relationships and secure consistent entries
* Oversee sale‑day operations from preparation through to completion
* Track performance, identify opportunities, and drive growth
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in the LCV or vehicle remarketing sector (essential)
* Strong network across fleet, lease, trade buyers or vendors
* Experience leading a sales function, auction or similar environment
* Commercially sharp with a results‑driven mindset
* Confident communicator and strong relationship builder
* Ability to perform in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
