Chetwynd House Care Home, part of Adept Care Homes, is a luxury 75‑bed residential and dementia care home located in Chilwell, Nottingham. We are looking for a Deputy Manager to lead our team and deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care.
About the Care Manager role
As Deputy Manager you will support the day‑to‑day running of the home, working closely with the Home Manager. Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and supporting the care team
* Promoting a positive culture and person‑centred approach
* Overseeing care planning, compliance and staff development
* Ensuring the highest standards of care and wellbeing for residents
Role Details
* Salary: £47,330
* Hours: 40 per week
* Alternate weekend work required
* Potential of up to 10% bonus

What we are looking for
* Previous Deputy Manager or Home Management experience (essential)
* NVQ4 in Direct Care (essential)
* Excellent literacy, numeracy and communication skills
* Own car required; business miles paid
