Customer Advisor – Flooring & Tiling
Full time – 36.45 hours per week or 30 hours per week. 3 Month Fixed Term Contract. Shifts available Monday – Sunday, 7.00am – 10.00pm. Hourly rate UK National £12.71 per hour (includes £0.81 store‑specific allowance). Location B&Q Enfield Retail Park.

Job Responsibilities
* Provide expert advice and support to customers on flooring and tiling products.
* Drive sales while managing stock, setting up displays and maintaining store appearance.
* Use training opportunities such as paint‑mixing and timber cutting to enhance customer service.
* Assist with store planning and merchandising to meet target goals.
What We Need
* Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for home improvement.
* Strong customer service skills and a desire to learn new technology.
* Ability to work well in a team and handle a flexible rota including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
