Job Title: TIG Welding Engineer
Location: Hinckley
Salary: £38,000 – £45,000
Shift:Monday–Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

TIG Welding EngineerResponsibilities:
* Carrying out TIG welding and light fabrication on stainless steel equipment
* Installing and commissioning new machinery on customer sites
* Repairing, testing and maintaining industrial food machinery
* Providing on-site support and troubleshooting for mechanical/electrical issues
* Training customer teams on machine use and basic maintenance
* Preparing and updating machine manuals and service reports
* Delivering customer feedback and reporting service progress to HQ
* Acting as a professional representative of the company at all times
TIG Welding Engineer Specification:
* Proven TIG welding/fabrication skills, particularly with stainless steel
* Ability to read and interpret engineering/mechanical drawings
* Experience with industrial or processing equipment preferred
* Strong fault-finding ability (mechanical/electrical advantageous)
* Willingness to travel across the UK with overnight stays (avg. 2 per week)
* Good communication and people skills – you're often the face of the business
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
