Our client, a high-achieving and forward-thinking academy in Bexley, is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of History to join their successful Humanities department from September 2025.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a well-resourced and supportive team, within a school that values academic excellence, student progress, and professional development. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality History lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential to teach A-Level depending on experience.
The ideal candidate will:
* Be a qualified teacher with QTS/QTLS
* Have a strong academic background in History or related subjects
* Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for History
* Be committed to delivering engaging and challenging lessons that inspire students
* Have strong classroom management and communication skills
* Be a collaborative and reflective practitioner, committed to continuous improvement
