Hospitality. As a Complementary Therapist
at The Celtic Manor Resort, you will focus your passion on creating unforgettable
guest experiences through a genuine commitment to bespoke luxury. Your talent
will be to create personalised, memorable experiences, building relationships
that will foster long-term guest loyalty, ensuring they come back and bring
others with them.
OUR
IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE - Whether you
are newly qualified or already have some experience, if you are passionate
about wellness and delivering transformative guest experiences in a luxury
spa environment, we would love to hear from you. We are
looking for individuals who have:A VTCT NVQ Level 3 in Complementary
Therapy (or equivalent) – however, newly qualified therapists are welcome
to applyAn exceptional understanding of guest
care and the desire to deliver unrivalled, five-star treatment standardsAbility to create an environment that
is of pure peace and relaxation for every guestA genuine passion for delivering
exceptional guest experiencesA genuine interest in holistic spa
treatments, customising treatments based on needs and guest preferencesA warm, confident, and professional
communication styleImmaculate grooming standards and people
skills, able to connect with guests and colleagues at all levelsThe enthusiasm and physical readiness
to perform a full day of treatments (with plenty of support and breaks!)

a range of luxury treatments to the highest standardsMaintain fully stocked and pristine
treatment roomsEnhance guest spend by providing guest-centric
