Business Development Manager - High end brand - Interiors

The Role
This is a field / home based role. As Business Development Manager, you will be introducing the companies elite range of premium interior flooring products to high-rise developers, SME Developers, Housing Associations and retirement living providers. The successful Business Development Manager will set up and implement framework agreements with developers. You will engage with key contacts, developing relationships with major building companies, creating supply chain agreements and relationships with key flooring contractors.
The Candidate
* The ideal candidate will have experience selling to residential developers or and / or housing associations (specification)
* Our client is looking for a polished, articulate well presented individual with residential construction industry and specification experience
The Package
* up to £55,000 basic
* £25k bonus uncapped
