4. Ensure friendly and interactive instruction that encourages the student to learn with passion.
Requirements:
1. Quickly resolve problems and setbacks faced by the student.
2. Must have no problems with management of lessons and students.
3. Must be able to identify the obstacles of the student and adjust the learning plan accordingly.
4. Be reliable and stick to the agreed schedule with the student.
