What skills and experience we're looking for
Shipston Primary School is seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant Level 2 to join our excellent team. The role requires working from 8.45am to 3pm, Monday to Friday, during term time plus 5 staff training days.
The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the primary curriculum, a positive approach to managing children's learning and behaviour, and high expectations of both children and themselves. Excellent communication skills, along with proficiency in English, Maths, ICT, and other curriculum areas, are essential. The candidate should be hardworking, creative, enthusiastic, and able to work proactively and constructively as part of a team.
