We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a Project Engineering Administrator to join our heat transfer team in Rotherham.
* Provide admin support to Project Engineers within the Heat Exchanger and Pressure Vessel Service.
* To Include;
1. Assist in document collation and submittals to customers.
2. Assist PE in sourcing accurate quotations.
3. Assist in scheduling meetings.
4. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
5. Help maintain current MRP system.
* When required, provide support with the site Purchasing functions.
* Work closely with all staff and support when necessary.
* Ensure correspondence with suppliers, customers and internal staff is recorded accurately.
* Actively participate in Company improvement initiatives.
* Adheres to all Company policies and procedures including quality, safety, environmental and HR.
Experience
* IT literate with specific experience using Microsoft Excel, Word & Power Point programs.
