Teaching Assistant – Full-Time Position (Immediate or January Start) Location: Bournemouth Hours: 9.30am to 4.30pm Age Group: 5–18 Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour Make a Real Difference Every Day Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with additional needs? We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive educational setting. This is a full-time role with an immediate or January start, working with students aged 5–18 who have a range of complex needs, including Autism (ASD), Physical Disabilities (PD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), and Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD). This role is ideal for someone who is patient, empathetic, and committed to creating a safe and nurturing environment where every child can succeed. You will work closely with teachers and other staff to provide tailored support, helping students overcome challenges and achieve their full potential. Why This School?
