Motor Image Engineer
Location: Central Manchester
Hours: Monday - Friday
Salary: Up to £38,000 (DOE & Qualifications)
Have you got experience working as a Vehicle Damage Assessor or Motor Image Engineer?
Motor Image Engineer duties:
* Carry out accurate vehicle assessments, valuations, and accident damage estimates.
* Work closely with repairers, insurers, and clients to deliver efficient and fair outcomes.
* Manage multiple cases effectively and efficiently, whilst maintaining high standards of service.
What We Are Seeking
* Recent experience as an Automotive Engineer Assessor, Independent Assessor or as a Bodyshop Vehicle Damage Assessor.
* ATA VDA Accreditation/IMI, IAEA, AQP qualifications are desirable.
* Knowledge and understanding of accident repair methods, vehicle valuations and accident damage estimating.
* Experience of using Audatex and Glassmatix systems.
* Numerate and PC literate (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
* Strong interpersonal, organisational and negotiating skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team; happy to assist others and to work towards team targets.
* Experience in an Accident Management Company with an understanding of fault & non-fault claims handling, including TPI Involvement and Credit Hire.
