We are seeking a qualified and dedicated individual with prior CQC registration experience, a proven background in managing nursing or dementia care homes, and a leadership style that motivates teams to perform at the highest level.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering outstanding person-centred care and driving continuous improvement in line with CQC and sector standards .
