Your mission: find new prospects, impress decision-makers, and keep your existing customers so happy they wonder how they ever got by without you. You’ll team up with Tech Support, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to deliver an experience so smooth it’s basically customer butter.
When problems pop up, you’ll sort them quickly and confidently, no drama, no endless email chains. You’ll chase down targets like they owe you money, keep the CRM looking respectable, and share useful insights with the leadership team.
