The purpose of the role is to maintain existing client relationships, ensuring service levels are met and commercial, tax and business planning opportunities are considered.
Day to day client service - you will be the main client contact for any regular work
Responsibility for the service quality. This includes investigating and rectifying any service issues identified by the team or client
Review of year end accounts and tax work
Supporting the Outsourcing Manager with management accounts and VAT returns for any of the larger/complex clients.
Managing year end workflow
Ensuring quality control measures are being followed for outsourced work and management accounts
Planning and managing the implementation of new work
Ultimate responsibility for ensuring annual fee quotes are in place, ensuring the client Advisor and other departments have been involved
Responsibility for ensuring meeting commitments set out under the client service plan are booked and attended by the correct members of the team
