Key responsibilities:
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with both buyers and vendors, ensuring a high standard of customer experience throughout.
* Overseeing the sales process from offer agreed through to completion, keeping everything on track.
* Organising and carrying out property viewings, presenting homes in a confident and personable manner.
* Negotiating offers effectively to secure the best possible result for all parties.
* Working alongside Mortgage & Protection Advisors to identify and maximise additional opportunities.
* Collaborating with the lettings team to generate referrals and support wider business growth.
To be considered for the Sales Negotiator role, you must have:
* At least 12 months ofexperience as a Sales Negotiator
* Sales driven with a 'get up and go' attitude
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Career driven
* Clean driving licence
* Good communication skills; both written and verbal
* A team player
