Immediate Start, 9-month contract, Accounts Assistant, Full-time, Hybrid, Cannock, £30,000 Your new company Hays are pleased to be working with this client on an exclusive basis, who are offering a 9-month full-time Accounts Assistant contract. Your new role Reconciliation of Bank and Cash Accounts Processing Intercompany Journal Entries for Manual Invoices Prepayments Managing Accruals for Cash Transactions Oversight of Fixed Assets Calculation and Posting of Central Cost Accruals Conducting Rent Reviews Evaluating Repairs and Maintenance: Expenses Posting of Assets and Depreciation Entries Execution of Bank Payments Any other duties required by the wider finance function What you'll need to succeed You will have excellent knowledge and experience of all-round accounts. The ideal candidate would have excellent Excel and will have previously used SAGE, and display good communication skills and have a pro-active approach to ensure the job is done to a high standard.
You will ideally be immediately available or on short notice.
