Salary and Hours
£29,936 - £32,888 assuming good attendance
Hours: Waking nights (4 on / 4 off)
Role Overview
Working in our Children’s Homes means being a part of a young person’s day-to-day life, supporting them through highs and lows. Our night support workers help young people regain their childhood and build pathways to becoming well-rounded adults. The role involves managing challenges and celebrating small victories that make a big difference.
Responsibilities
* Providing support during night-time hours, including when young people wake up distressed or unwell
* Building trusting relationships with young people
* Completing tasks such as paperwork, cleaning, and laundry during quieter times
Benefits
* Base salary: £28,536 - £31,488
* Attendance Bonus: £1,400 (assuming good attendance)

What We Look For

* A full UK driving license held for at least 12 months
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or willingness to study with employer support
Training and Development
Start as a NSO with 4 weeks of training at our Care Academy to prepare you for supporting young people effectively.
