What You’ll Do:
* Own and grow a portfolio of clients
* Help clients solve actual sales problems (not just fill empty seats)
* Upsell and cross-sell solutions that actually add value
* Manage long-term relationships, not short-term placements
You:
* Have 2–5 years in 360 sales or sales recruitment
* Know how to build rapport, pitch value, and close
* Want out of the hamster wheel but not out of sales
* Are consultative, driven, and done with transactional same old
