We are working with a highly regarded City law firm to recruit a junior immigration solicitor (around 1 year PQE) to join its established and growing immigration practice.

The Role
You will support a busy immigration practice with a focus on UK business and private immigration, working closely with experienced practitioners. Responsibilities will include:
* Preparing and submitting UK immigration applications, including Skilled Worker, Global Business Mobility and dependant applications
* Assisting with sponsor licence applications and related documentation
* Drafting supporting representations and standard application documents
* Liaising with clients to obtain and review information and evidence
* Conducting eligibility assessments and document checks under the Immigration Rules
* Supporting Home Office and sponsor compliance matters
* Assisting senior solicitors with matter management, deadlines and client updates
* Maintaining accurate case records in line with internal and regulatory requirements
* Providing immigration law advice under supervision

About You
You will be a qualified solicitor with experience gained in an immigration team, ideally around 1 year PQE, with a genuine interest in developing your career in business and private immigration. You will be motivated, organised and keen to work with quality clients in a collaborative team.
