We are seeking a Financial Crime Policy Manager to join our client's team.
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, involving days in the London & Kings Hill offices in North Kent.
Package includes:
- Salary: £42,000 – £47,250

Key responsibilities:
* Managing, maintaining, and creating Group Financial Crime Policies and related standards, including Anti Money Laundering, Counter Terrorist Financing, and Financial Sanctions.
* Ensuring compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and industry guidance.
* Representing the company on external committees related to financial crime.
* Engaging proactively with stakeholders to support company strategies and charitable outcomes.
* Providing advisory support on financial crime matters.
* Supporting the Financial Crime Department's priorities in partnership.
Required skills:
* Extensive knowledge of Financial Crime Compliance regulations.
* Ability to write clear, accurate policies and documents.
* Effective communication skills at all organizational levels.
* Strong understanding and implementation of risk management best practices.
* Curiosity and proactive approach to changes in financial crime regulation.
* Deep knowledge of sanctions compliance.
