Overview of the position
We are looking for an Project Management Coordinator to join the Sales team on a fixed term basis for 13-months to cover maternity leave within the Team. The position can be based at either our Pembridge site in Herefordshire, or our Selby site in North Yorkshire. This is a full time role working 39hours per week.
As a Project Management Coordinator you will be providing sales support in building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans, quotas and company objectives. You will also be responsible for generating leads through phone calls, social media and emails.
Responsibilities of our Project Management Coordinator
1. Research, track, maintain and update leads
2. Make outgoing calls to develop new business
3. Contact prospects to qualify leads
4. Direct email marketing to key clients and prospects
5. Research and maintain lead generation database
6. Conduct customer research
7. Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential leads
8. Participate in the preparation of proposals and / or sales presentations
9. Provide accurate and timely information to management
10. Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process
What we are looking for in our Project Management Coordinator:
You will have:
11. Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
12. Experience with cold calling
13. Experience with research and maintaining databases
14. Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
15. Experience in using CRM
16. Strong project and time management skills
