About the Role
Working on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis, you'll help equip learners with the essential life skills they need as they transition into adulthood. Our unique curriculum, built around the Preparation for Adulthood pathways, gives learners the opportunity to apply knowledge in meaningful, real-world situations.
Working from our base in Nuneaton, Warwickshire and also in Leicestershire,you'll be responsible for designing and overseeing individual learning programmes tailored to each learner's interests, needs, and aspirations. Using EHCP outcomes as a framework, you'll guide the planning, delivery, and assessment of learning while ensuring clear progress is made and documented.
