What You'll Do
* Lead from the front as a focused, driven Sales Manager.
* Deliver (and exceed) year-on-year sales and gross profit growth.
* Understand customer businesses inside out — pre-empting issues and offering solutions before they even ask.
* Balance your week between nurturing key accounts and driving exciting new business wins.
* Stay sharp with product knowledge and spot opportunities to add value.
* Take ownership of reporting and CRM — ensuring transparency and driving smarter business decisions.
* Partner with Credit, Finance, Timber Support, and Commercial teams to unlock bigger opportunities.
* Champion Health & Safety in all aspects of your role.
