Key Responsibilities: * Deliver high-quality training to customers, ensuring all sessions meet the highest standards. * Update training materials to include the latest industry information and best practices. * Collaborate with governing bodies to maintain accreditation standards. * Promote our image and philosophies through exceptional training delivery. * Work closely with the management team to identify and implement business improvements. * Assist the business in acquiring further accreditations. * Developing bespoke courses and leading the development of courses into new sectors * Assist with any business and growth opportunities. Qualifications and Skills: * CITB and either IPAF and PASMA tutor qualifications. * AET / PTLLS or equivalent. * NEBOSH Construction Certificate or Health & Safety Diploma. * Experience in the training and construction industry. * Proven teaching or instructional expertise. * A proactive individual with a passion for safety and education. * Strong communication skills and the ability to engage diverse audiences. * A team player who can work collaboratively with colleagues and clients. * Someone eager to learn and grow within a supportive company environment.
