Job title: Product Owner – Mobile App
Intro:
Creating and delivering a best-in-class app experience that attracts customers to book and stay at Premier Inn. Using agile product management methodologies, develop a digital product that improves customer experience and drives revenue growth. Own the continuous improvement process based on customer insights, market trends, and key data analysis.
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 DOE
Location: Hybrid role, minimum 3 days per week in the office at our Holborn, London (EC1N 2TD) location.
What you’ll do:
* Define objectives, requirements, and user stories; participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies with Product Managers and Engineering teams.
* Coordinate with UX designers to develop user journeys and designs; work with development teams to document technical details; collaborate with QA and release teams to ensure high-quality, bug-free features.
* Own the app customer experience by analyzing in-app metrics across the conversion funnel and ensuring the backlog aligns with KPIs.
* Collaborate with Commercial and Brand teams to inform and prioritize roadmaps, balancing time to market, scope, business needs, and risks.
What we need:
* Proven experience with product development best practices for requirement definition.
* Ability to use analytics and KPIs to set feature and product goals.
* Excellent communication skills; capable of translating customer and technical concepts.
* Strong sense of good design and usability; continuously seeking customer insights.
