Job Overview
Manage the operational aspects of Europe-based projects at hospitals as well as regional delivery programs. Ensure that all project work is completed in accordance with SOPs, policies, and practices, and within budget.
Essential Functions
1. Create, track, and report on project timelines using the approved project application.
2. Produce and distribute status, tracking, and financial reports for internal and external team members and senior management.
3. Responsible for financial reporting on the project, including tracking deliverables and invoicing.
4. Participate in proposal development and sales/proposal presentations.
5. Monitor and coordinate efforts of cross-functional project teams and project resources within and outside the organization.
6. Meet regularly with team members regarding project tasks to ensure milestones are met.
7. Lead problem-solving and resolution efforts.
8. Manage project budgets and approve invoices.
9. Produce and distribute reports and presentation materials.
10. Provide input into project proposals and RFPs.
11. Train and mentor junior Project Manager staff.
12. Partner with other Project Managers to develop and implement process improvements.
13. Prepare and present project information at internal and external meetings.
14. Ensure work is conducted in compliance with standard processes, policies, procedures, and meets project timeline metrics.

* 5 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

* Good judgment.
* Ability to work with minimal direction.
