On a daily basis you will be involved in the following daily duties:
* Support the coordination of the duty management team
* To ensure that the F&B service areas are running smoothly and to expectations
* Be aware and comply with health, safety and hygiene
* Ensure that staff are receiving the appropriate training with regular reviews
* Monitor stock, review and order where necessary
* Cover the Duty Manager if needed
What we need from you:
* Previous experience within F&B
* Due to location and shifts you need to drive and have your own transport
* Work 5 days out of 7, generally 7am – 3pm & 3pm – 11pm with the need to be flexible if required
