About the Role
Based in The City of London, the successful HR Generalist will support the business across the full employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide end-to-end generalist HR support across the business.
* Partner with managers and senior leaders, offering expert HR advice and coaching.
* Lead or support projects focused on process improvement and HR tech implementation.
* Use data and analytics to inform decision-making and streamline operations.
* Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
What you’ll bring
* Solid generalist HR experience, ideally in professional services or similar environments.
* Strong communicator with the confidence to engage and influence at senior levels.
* A natural problem-solver with a passion for innovation, tech, and making HR more efficient.
* Self-starter who enjoys building, improving, and having ownership of their work.
* Ability to work 3 days per week on site in The City of London
* CIPD or working towards is an advantage.
