CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a M&E Engineer to be based in a commercial building based West London. The site is a distinctive, modern office designed as a vibrant hub. The site includes two recording studios, a cafe/performance space in the atrium, and a reception area used for artist showcases. The site offers bars for socialising after work, a restaurant for you to eat great food and refuel for the day. The building has 6 floors.
The successful candidate can be electrically or mechanically qualified with a proven track record in commercial/residential building maintenance.

Key duties & responsibilities
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems to ensure reliable and efficient operation.
Diagnose faults, troubleshoot M&E equipment, and implement timely corrective actions.
Supervise maintenance works, contractors, and technicians to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with standards.
Monitor system performance, conduct inspections, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and asset life.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and asset documentation.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory requirements during all maintenance activities.
Conduct Fabric duties such as, changing taps, sinks, blockages, flushing. Requirements:
Electrically or Mechanically qualified - NVQ Level 3
City & Guilds - 18th Edition
Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
Good communication and customer service skills
Have to be very client facing.
