We're hiring experienced FLT Drivers for a permanent role with steady income, fixed hours, and real opportunities to grow at Bow Distribution!

About The Role
* Loading and unloading vehicles in a busy yard using your counterbalance skills
* Ensuring orders are read, understood, and accurately processed
* Using handheld scanners (training provided) to track inventory
* Following set tasks and maintaining a fast pace to meet deadlines
* General Warehouse duties
What We're Looking For
* A valid counterbalance licence (reach licence is an advantage), ideally refreshed within the last five years
* Literacy skills to read and process orders effectively
* Someone who can work independently, stay motivated, and adapt to a busy environment
* Comfortable working in a cold warehouse environment and yard; dressing warmly is key
