Your Purpose
You will be part of the team who make our cyders, undertaking fermentation make up and monitoring, ingredient mixing, filtration, CIP, product blending, for bottling and bulk tanker dispatch. All roles will include operating process plant via automated computer systems, ensuring correct records are up to date on computer systems (SAP) and/or spreadsheets and performing laboratory testing.
Shift Pattern: continental shift pattern, averaging 42 hours a week on a rotating 12-hour shift basis to include 2 days, 2 nights, followed by 4 rest periods.
Responsibilities
* Assist with the daily operations of preparing, fermenting, and storing cyders for use in draught, bottling, and vinegar production.
* Clean and sterilise plant equipment, tanks, and pipework before and after use.
* Monitor fermentation performance to ensure quality and consistency.
* Prepare cider for filtration and packaging, including blending products and filling bulk containers to meet customer orders.
* Package bulk cider into keg products as required.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records throughout all processes.

* Comfortable working to set processes and procedures
* Able to perform well under pressure
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong commitment to getting things right first time
* Experienced in computer data entry (minimum requirement)
* Proficient in reading and written English
