to join our London office focusing on the Investment Banking markets.
This is a senior-level opportunity focused primarily on
origination and client development
, with the ability to operate in a full 360 capacity when required.
You will join a fast-growing, high-performing team with a strong reputation across Investment Banking. The role is ideally suited to an experienced recruiter who has built meaningful, portable client relationships and is motivated by building and scaling a franchise within a dynamic platform.
Candidate Requirements:
* 8+ years' experience in
Investment Banking recruitment
(ideally across levels, from Associate through Managing Director)
* Demonstrable track record of
origination and revenue generation
* Existing
portable client relationships
within Investment Banking (essential)
* Ability to execute full 360 recruitment processes when required
* Strong commercial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
* Experience operating in international markets is advantageous
