Working Hours
Monday – Friday: 6:45AM – 10PM and alternate weekends.
Role Responsibilities
* Supporting customers to live as independently as possible in their own homes, helping with daily living activities such as personal care, medication, meal preparation, and mobility.
* Assisting with community activities, appointments, and social engagement in line with individual care plans.
* Building professional relationships with customers, providing emotional, social, and spiritual support, and encouraging independence and choice.
* Supporting the Field Care Supervisor in implementing quality control systems and supervising Care & Support Workers in the field.
* Monitoring customer satisfaction and ensuring accurate documentation.
* Encouraging and supporting the professional development of Care & Support Workers.
Candidate Requirements
* Ideally NVQ/QCF Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care.
* At least 1 year of experience working in domiciliary/home care.
* Organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and a team player.
