The Role
You will teach Biology across KS3 and KS4, with structured progression towards KS5 as your confidence develops. You will be supported through a bespoke induction programme tailored specifically to the independent sector, including close mentoring from a senior Biology specialist, reduced teaching load, regular observation cycles, and high-quality CPD.
