This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong private client lawyer looking to handle high-quality work within a stable, supportive and forward-thinking practice. The Opportunity You will join an established Private Client department with a strong local reputation and consistent workflow. The role offers autonomy, client contact and the ability to manage more complex estate matters while working alongside experienced colleagues. What you'll be doing Managing a full caseload of Wills, Probate and estate administration matters Drafting Wills, including complex and high-value estates Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney Advising on Trusts and estate planning Handling inheritance tax considerations Maintaining excellent levels of client care, including home visits where required What they're looking for Qualified Solicitor with 5 years PQE in Private Client Strong technical knowledge across Wills, Probate and Trusts Confident managing files independently Excellent client care and communication skills STEP qualification (or working towards) desirable Membership of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers advantageous What's on Offer Salary between £45,000 - £60,000 Performance-related bonus Long-term career stability and progression Supportive, knowledgeable team Strong pipeline of quality private client work Interested?
