Key responsibilities:
* Manage candidate engagement from interview scheduling through to start date.
* Coordinate interviews and issue job offers in a timely manner.
* Complete all pre-employment compliance checks (DBS, right-to-work, references).
* Prepare offer letters and contracts; organise induction training with internal teams.
* Report on recruitment KPIs and local trends to the Branch Manager and Group Recruitment Officer
Essential criteria:
* Previous experience in recruitment coordination, onboarding, or HR administration.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
* Knowledge of compliance and employment regulations (e.g., DBS, right-to-work) is desirable.
* A proactive mindset with a passion for candidate experience.
